Earthlings' 2015 Children's Program "Heroes Everywhere"

Our 2015 program is mostly musical and designed to meet the CSLP theme of "EVERY HERO HAS A STORY".

The songs will be about various types of heroes: Astronauts, Fire Fighters, Scientists,
Readers, Librarians, Spiderman, Iron Man,
and a song called
"Wake Up Your Lion"
about finding the courage that is inside yourself.
Of course, the songs are written and performed in the Earthlings‘ lyrically clever and rhythmically fun style.

We will present these songs using unique and fascinating instruments including the
Nose Flute, Thunder Drum
, Musical Washboard, Banjo/Ukulele, Guitars and the
Theremin
(an electronic musical instrument with which invisible fields are manipulated by hand movements.
Amazingly, the Theremin is played without physical contact).

As always there will be plenty of whole group participation and several opportunities for selected children
to come up on stage and help with the performance of some of the songs.

We will, of course do our library loving song  "I've Got The Whole World At My Library" with the interpretive
"hand dance" motions that everybody is invited to do throughout the song.

We also have about a dozen shaker/maracas that are made in the shape of Spider Man and Iron Man
with which some children will play rhythm during the super hero song.

We will play an amazing instrument which very few have ever seen called the Theremin (an instrument which
is played without touching) and we plan to have time at the end of the program for each child to try it.

are planning a move to the western U.S. next autumn.

"Opening our 'Sasquatch' ride with your video and song of 'Bigfoot Boogie' was a hit!
I enjoyed very much the collaborative creative process of working with you guys."
Les Hudson, Vice President of Ride Design, Six Flags Theme Parks

Hi KC & Ann,
I received my two Earthlings CDs in the mail today and I am thrilled with them both. I purchased them for use with my elementary school students. I heard  of your music by way of a friend who organized a skit and we used your "Bigfoot Boogie" song in the skit. She said she had owned the CD for years but couldn't remember where she had gotten it. So I searched online and found you and placed my order. I am sure I and my fellow teachers will be making several more orders. I'll be checking your website for your newest CDs. Thanks so much for your prompt mailing of my order and most of all for your fun music!      ~   Vicki, Port Orchard, Washington

"My two sons and I saw you today at the Anna Maria Island Library,
We bought a couple of CD's and have been listening to them all day.
My sons love all the songs and keep asking to play them again and again."

~ Kelly S., Bradenton, Florida

Hi There! I see that you get a lot of positive comments, but I just had to write to tell you how much my son LOVES your music.  My ten year old daughter can quote every word from every song on your "StorySongs" CD! We came to see you in Safety Harbor and bought the CD and it has been playing non-stop in our car ever since! My son's favorite song is "Leapin' Lizards"  and he wants to hear it again and again. I have to get one of your other CD's because I know all of the words, beats and nuances of this one. Thanks for your fun music!
Sincerely, ~ Megan (Alexander's Mom)
